The Path to Redemption…
Nov 28

Sometimes the hardest story to tell is our own. You’ve heard me say many times that I would tell my own secret when I was ready.
Well today I am ready. And I tell it all tonight.
I’ve decided to share it on my friend Vegas Vince’s marketing show because he has this magical way about him where he is one of the most irreverent people I know, and yet he has a fierce respect and love for his fellow men and women – I love this guy to pieces!
Just understand that sometimes we choose to do the thing we fear we cannot do. And this is something I considered NEVER doing. So I’m scared. I’m nervous. This has been such a hard story for this little lady to tell…
But I want to be strong for me. Strong for you. Strong for all the women who have been caged and broken and harmed and crushed.
I want to stand for all the ways we can heal and step forward – all the ways we can help each other and help ourselves. All the ways we can walk through our fears and be okay with the fact that we have them.
There’s nothing in this show to market – we aren’t going to sell anything or pitch anything. This is really just something I have to do and I would be honored if you would join me and just be present.
Vince will have his thousands of listeners, mostly men, and frankly it scares me to speak out into a void of strangers and so I would love to have some familiar souls and hearts there with me.
I’m not usually any stranger to a stage or microphone. I LOVE IT! But today is a very different story.
The show is tonight at 9pm EST / 6pm PST. You can listen online or via your phone. Check it out here:
It will also be recorded and available for download.
Thanks and Much Love,
Jaime

Jaime, thanks for sharing your story. I am inspired by your strength, your willingness to serve, and your openness to love. Thank you for sharing your gifts to the world fully.
I listened to the BlogTalkRadio interview in full because I wanted to hear your story but I found it very difficult to stay tuned. I feel that you could have told your story better had there not been so many interruptions from the show host.
I had so many questions I wished he had asked you, like:
* What would you say were the top things that held you back?
* The what’s and the how’s of your healing process. What techniques helped you? How did you break through? After going through what you have gone through, what advice would you give now for women out there who may not necessarily have traumatic experiences, but have limiting stories that keep them from opening up to love and to Life?
* What factors (people/ books/experiences/practices/ideas) would you consider to be the TOP things that truly helped you let go of the limiting beliefs, stories or behaviors that you were holding onto?
* What are your top tips for today’s women who want it all – a happy and loving relationship with the man of her dreams, the bling lifestyle, the friends, the fit & sexy body, the health, running a multimillion dollar biz, the happy family, etc.
* You mentioned the feminine and the masculine energy a lot, and it sounds like it’s an either/or. Would you say that there may be people who may not necessarily be dominantly feminine or masculine but who may actually be enabled to release their greatest potentials if they are able to strike a balance between these 2 energies?
I really hope you plan to do a second interview (or better yet, do your own video where nobody can interrupt you on your next elevatethis vid). Perhaps a female interviewer next time?
Thanks again for sharing this. I am sure I speak for many women (and men) out there when I say that your courage and your openness are inspiring many others to face their darkest fears, have the awareness to question their ugliest self images, and find the willingness to move towards Love.
Hi Jaime,
I am a lost for words, I am sorry to hear about your pain, but I am happy for the place you are now.
Your words are still ringing in my ears, and the truth about sexuality and women. You really spoke to my heart.
I agree with Marj, I would have loved to hear more from you and a little less from Vegas Vince,(sorry VV)
